The Relentless Women Warriors (RWW) ministry has been pretty quiet over the past couple of months and I wanted to share an update with you.
If we have never met, my name is Kim Meyer and I am delighted that you have found your way to the RWW ministry. God has filled my heart, soul and mind with a burning passion to encourage women to fight the spiritual warfare our enemy is assaulting us with.
I have been married for 15 years to the love of my life, Clayton. In-between a long season of infertility and 6 miscarriages, God blessed us with 2 biological kiddos. For the past several years, Clayton and I have been following God’s leading to adopt three teenage sons from Haiti. Our adoption journey has been a long and emotional journey with many setbacks and surprises but filled to the brim with God’s faithfulness and provision.
On February 12th, 2018, after waiting and praying for 4 years and 5 months, Clayton and I finally crossed our adoption finish line and brought our three sons home from Haiti. The past 8 weeks have been a bit of a blur as we have transitioned from a family of 4 to a family of 7.
Two weeks after becoming a family of 7, I had outpatient surgery on my foot, which left me unable to walk for about three weeks. Life has been very exciting, challenging and chaotic, but it has been wonderful.
I now have 5 kiddos, Meridenord (18), Carlo (14), Paterson (13), Jett (7) and Keira (5). I am homeschooling all five, so my days have been very full as we continue to adjust to all the big changes that come with adoption. Every single day feels like an adventure.
I cannot even begin to describe to you the joy that has filled my heart now that I have all 5 of my babes under the same roof.
God has blessed us with an amazing village of friends and family that have been praying and encouraging us throughout this long process. I have spent the past 8 weeks with my family, healing from surgery and am ready to jump back into writing and working on upcoming RWW projects.
In January, we celebrated 20,000 completions on the Youversion reading plan, “Our Modern Warfare!” It has been pretty incredible to hear how God is using our reading plans around the world to encourage women to wear their spiritual armor and fight back, His way.
I am receiving messages every week asking about future Warrior Workshops and additional resources. The RWW team and I are planning Warrior Workshops for 2018 and are hoping to be able to offer Workshops outside of Oklahoma very soon. If you are interested in hosting a Warrior Workshop in your neck of the woods, please email us for more info at relentlesswomenwarriors@gmail.com.
If you haven’t already, please “like” our Facebook page, “Relentless Women Warriors” as well as subscribe to our mailing list on our website: www.relentlesswomenwarriors.com. I have been working on a new project for several months now that will be releasing soon and our subscribers will be the first to hear the exciting news.
Our mission at RWW is to encourage women to pray fervently while becoming relentless warriors for God's army. Our ministry exists for the sole purpose of encouraging women to fight spiritual warfare the way the Bible teaches. God has not left us as defenseless lambs against our evil enemy. He has given us Jesus Christ!!
“For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”
2 Corinthians 10:3-5
